If an end customer returns a defective SOJA&CO. product, do not issue a refund or exchange immediately.
Before taking any action, please contact the SOJA&CO. team and provide the following information:

- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective product
We will assess the situation and confirm whether a credit or replacement is applicable.
