What is the return procedure for a defective product brought back to the retailer?Updated 2 months ago

If an end customer returns a defective SOJA&CO. product, do not issue a refund or exchange immediately.

Before taking any action, please contact the SOJA&CO. team and provide the following information:

  • The original order number or invoice
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective product

We will assess the situation and confirm whether a credit or replacement is applicable.
No credit will be issued without prior approval from our team.
