If an end customer in the United States receives a defective SOJA&CO. product, please note that no returns or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped to the United States.

If an issue arises, please contact the SOJA&CO. team before taking any action, and provide the following information:

  • The original order number or invoice
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective product

We will review the situation and confirm whether a credit or replacement is applicable on a case-by-case basis. No credit will be issued without prior approval from the SOJA&CO. team.
