Why won't the carrier leave my package at my door in extreme temperatures?Updated 2 months ago

Please note that extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) can damage our products. Therefore, if you're not home at the time of delivery, our carrier reserves the right to postpone it or drop off your order at a service point near you. 

Additionally, we reserve the right to delay the shipment of an order if we believe that weather conditions may pose a risk to the integrity of the products.
