Free shipping is available on all orders of $2,000 CAD ($1,500 USD) or more. For orders that do not meet this minimum, a fixed fee of 10% of the order subtotal (before taxes and before any discounts) is applied to cover handling and shipping costs. All applicable customs and duties charges are included in this rate.

Additional fees may apply at the discretion of SOJA&CO., based on factors such as order quantity or delivery destination from the SOJA&CO. warehouse. These additional charges will be billed directly to the retailer.

A minimum order of $300 CAD ($215 USD) is required for all deliveries to the United States. No returns or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped to the United States.
