What are the customs duties and import fees for international orders?Updated 2 months ago

All shipments are made on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. SOJA&CO. will cover standard import duties and customs clearance fees applicable at the time of shipment. However, any additional charges arising upon or after delivery, including but not limited to unexpected customs assessments, storage fees, or carrier surcharges, shall be the sole responsibility of the Retailer and will be billed accordingly.
